José Francisco Pintón
José was born in Reconquista, province of Santa Fe, Argentina.
He studied medicine and literature, so he naturally ended up as a poet and X-ray
technician in Vicenza, Italy. He and his wife Alejandra participate actively
in the cultural life of Latin American residents in Europe, giving conferences
and offering recitals of Argentine folk music. Plaza y Janés,
a prestigious publisher in Spain, is considering at the moment publishing a
volume of his poetry.
