Darcell Scott

I haven't much college experience.    Only the one year I spent at Brown Mackie College in Overland Park, Kansas where I studied socialogy.    Writing began two years before I graduated from high school in 1994, done simply for the enjoyment and release I get from creating fictional stories derived from the events that take place in my life.    There is a thrill that rushes through me like falling water when allowing friends and others I know not to view and critique my work and observe the satisfactory in their eyes develope.    I reside in Kansas City, Missouri, born and raised searching for the hidden beauty in a place where the ugly tries to shield everything.    It is here where I met the inspiration of my writing as well as my life, teaching me the variety of paths in life to choose.     Pulling the creativity within out to breathe and live instead of encasing it inside, afraid to reveal it those who bare a different type of knowledge. To me, all knowledge is good knowledge.    I just hope someday I can share mine.
