Bijaya Ghosh

I was born in 1961 in a family that was struggling to overcome the shock of partition of India. We had intimate contact with both the parts of Bengal and the liberation war of 1971 affected us deeply. A Child and a War - my first novel got its inspiration from there. I have published short stories in Bengali( my mother tongue) and English both. My latest short story in English is published in sulekha website of India smiles contest. I work as a Professor in a Pharmacy college of Bangalore(India).
